Directions for Use (Tea)

As a Tea:
Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons (approximately 3–5 g) of the raw herb blend to 250–300 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain before drinking.

Recommended Use:
Drink 1 cup twice daily, preferably morning and evening. For best results, use consistently as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the jar tightly sealed after each use.
