Gout/Arthritis/Joint Pain Herb

As a Tea:
Add 1–2 teaspoons (approximately 3–5 g) of the raw herb blend to 250–300 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain before drinking.

Recommended Use:
Drink 1 cup twice daily, preferably morning and evening, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the jar tightly after each use.
