1. General Terms

Agreement: These terms and conditions regulate the use of the Sacred Harvest website and the purchase of our products.
Acceptance: By browsing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Details: Images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Please note that actual product colours may vary slightly.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability: Stock is limited, and availability cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Orders & Payment

Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance by Sacred Harvest.
Payment: Full payment is required before an order is processed. We currently accept EFT and direct bank transfers.

4. Delivery

Shipping: Delivery charges and estimated timelines are calculated at checkout.
Risk: Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: We accept exchanges only within 3 days upon receiving the order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, and accompanied by a valid reason.

Damages or Errors: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery, provided the garment has not been worn, washed, or stained.

Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact.

Replacement of Products

Without prejudice to the Client’s rights, Sacred Harvest allows in any case the Client to replace

Products purchased on the Website, pursuant to the following procedure:

(I) within 3 (three) days of receipt of the Products, the Client shall contact Sacred Harvest – support@shwellness.co.za

(II) after that, the Client shall return to Sacred Harvest the Products to be replaced.

The Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, with original tags and labels attached. The product should be in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable). In the event of any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling of the goods by the Client other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, Sacred Harvest reserves the right to refuse the exchange of the Products. The exchange will be accepted by Sacred Harvest subject to the availability of the new Products requested.
The replacement will be processed by Sacred Harvest as a new order of the Client subject to the same terms and conditions as set out in these General Conditions for the initial order. if the price is different, Sacred Harvest will exchange – or request the Client to pay – the difference, as the case may be.

Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us of such delivery .

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair or replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair or replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts/replacement availability.

Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, customers may exchange the item or receive a Sacred Harvest voucher.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this website remains the property of Sacred Harvest.
Restrictions: Content may not be copied, shared, or altered without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: Sacred Harvest provides no express or implied warranties regarding products or website use.

Liability: We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use or website access.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
